Support Policy

 I have always offered free email and telephone support. I will do my best to answer your questions, and even help you solve your problems this way. So, drop me an email or give me a call and I'll do my best to help out!


Privacy Policy

 Well, this is a simple policy to write. I do not collect, track, harvest, poke, pry, or prod any information from you. I also do not sell, share, give away, sub contract, (or any other form of transgressing your privacy). 

Ok, there is one exception. I reserve the right to insert code into various undisclosed points on my website to collect personally identifiable information for the purpose of tracking and prosecuting malicious visitors. Any information obtained in this fashion will only be used to apprehend and prosecute wrong doers. I apologize to all my honest and honorable visitors, but a few vandals have made this necessary.


Refund Policy

 Hey Dave! takes pride in their work, and hopes that every customer is satisfied. But we realize that many things outside my control can happen. There have two refund policies; one for our consulting services, and one tailored to our classroom training. There may be circumstances that do not easily fit the stated policies. Any exceptions to the defined policies will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All decisions are final. 

If you are unhappy with any consulting work, you must notify Hey Dave! Consulting within 3 days from the date of invoice. Include an explanation of your displeasure. Your request will be reviewed in a reasonably expedient period of time. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. Only labor is refundable, not any parts or materials.

Refunds for Hey Dave! training classes are based on when you withdraw from a class. If a class does not have a specific refund policy, then the following will be in effect: 

  • Withdrawals 10 or more days from the date of the first class will receive a full refund.
  • Withdrawals less than 10 days prior to the date of the first class and before the date of the second class will receive a full refund, less ten dollars ($10.00) and the retail price of any purchased books and materials. The books are considered as purchased by the student, who may make arraignments to pick them up at a mutually convenient time. Any books that are unclaimed by the conclusion of the course will become the property of Hey Dave Consulting. 
  • Withdrawals on or after the date of the second class will not receive a refund.

All refunds will be posted a reasonable period of time after the date of the second class.
